Only one movie this week, as we were in Bratislava- P.S. I Love You, which is a cross between a romantic comedy and drama. The whole problem of the movie is that it has Hilary Swank in it. She is one of the best actresses of her generation. It's like using a nuclear bomb to kill a fly. She made me cry at least three times, and I am not a big crier. So what is supposed to be light and nostalgic, gets dragged down to the drama that is between the lines. Then there's the problem of bad writing, and further bad casting. It's worth it just to see Hilary Swank, though.
